This lot is for rent only and here are our pricing requirements: for the slow season (May- September) 2 night minimum between $30-40 nightly rate.
Busy season (October-April) 7 night minimum and pricing October- December will be $85-95,
Jan-April will be $105-130.
Holiday pricing at $165-200 per night
